Standard panels and products

If you buy a standard, non-personalised item online, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days after it is delivered. To begin a return, email cdpdprints@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back. Please handle the product with reasonable care and return it securely packaged. We may make a deduction where an item has been used, installed, modified or handled beyond what would be reasonable in a shop.

Personalised and bespoke items

Change-of-mind cancellation does not apply to genuinely personalised or custom-made products. This includes personalised SELCAL plates and parts made to your specific requirements. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or missing panels

If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, email us as soon as possible at cdpdprints@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where possible. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Refunds and return postage

For a valid cancellation of a standard item, we will refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that it has been sent back. Return postage is normally your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or incomplete.
