Orders
By placing an order, you offer to buy the selected product. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. If we cannot accept an order because of availability, an error in product or price information, or another reasonable issue, we will contact you and arrange a refund where payment has been taken.
Products and made-to-order production
Our cockpit components are produced using 3D printing and are made to order. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to be accurate, but minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process. These variations do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and payment
Prices and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be made when placing the order through the available secure checkout method. We may update prices, products and availability at any time before an order is accepted.
Dispatch and delivery
Please allow 1 to 14 working days for manufacture and dispatch. Delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by service and destination. Read our Shipping Policy for more detail.
Returns and faults
Your rights to cancel or return an item are explained in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your statutory consumer rights.
Personalised and bespoke items
Personalised SELCAL plates and genuinely bespoke items made to your specification cannot normally be cancelled for a change of mind once production has started. This does not apply where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Website use and intellectual property
The content, product imagery, branding and designs on this website belong to CDPD Prints or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable. Our products are intended for home cockpit and simulator use only.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be published on this page.
