Production and dispatch time

CDPD Prints products are made to order. Please allow between 1 and 14 working days for printing, quality checks, packing and dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery

Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the shipping service selected and the destination. Delivery costs and available services are shown at checkout. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International orders

We ship to customers worldwide where a shipping service is available. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply outside the United Kingdom. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control may delay a delivery, including carrier disruption, customs processing or severe weather. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If a parcel appears damaged, or a panel is missing from your order, contact cdpdprints@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where possible. Please keep the packaging until we have advised you.
